Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical AI project take?
Most projects move from kickoff to a working prototype in four to six weeks. Deployment into a production environment usually adds another two to three weeks, depending on your infrastructure and compliance requirements. Larger programmes with multiple models can run for several months, but we break those into iterative sprints so you see usable output early.
Do we need to prepare our data before engaging you?
Not necessarily. We start every engagement with a data-readiness audit. If your records are messy, incomplete, or scattered across spreadsheets and legacy databases, our engineers will clean and structure them first. About a third of our projects begin with a dedicated data engineering sprint before any model training happens.
What industries do you work with?
We have delivered projects across retail, manufacturing, logistics, financial services, healthcare, property management, legal, energy, and several others. The common thread is structured or semi-structured data that can feed a statistical model. If you are unsure whether your sector is a fit, call us and we will give you an honest answer in ten minutes.
How is pricing structured?
We price by project scope, not by the hour. After the initial discovery call and data audit, we provide a fixed-fee quote that covers everything from data engineering through model deployment and a 30-day monitoring period. There are no hidden charges for compute resources during development; those are included in the quote.
Can you work with our existing engineering team?
Yes, and we prefer it. Our engineers join your Slack or Teams workspace, attend your standups, and commit to your repositories. Knowledge transfer is built into every engagement so your team can maintain and retrain models after we hand off.
